“Jardines Topotepuy” (Topotepuy Gardens) consists of four hectares (10 acres) at an altitude of 1,450 meters (7,700 feet), located in the Southeast outskirts of Caracas (Venezuela) in the area known as “El Volcán” in the “Los Guayabitos“ neighborhood with a fabulous view of the Avila mountain and the city of Caracas.

These gardens promote enjoyment, conservation and ecological conscience.

Within the property, 2.5 acres are classified as clouded forest knows as the “Forest of the Virgin” with an eco-trail that allows us to appreciate and understand the dynamics of the clouded forest. In addition, 7.5 acres are dedicated to theme gardens such as: floral, aquatic, xerophytic, herbs & medicinal plants, anthurium, heliconias, orchids, bromeliads, palms, shade plants, ferns and roses, which gives us a broad vision of the relationship on man and plants through time and culture.

The gardens also serve as a reservoir of many bird species, hosting some of them during migration periods, becoming a place to contemplate birds and their behavioral patterns.
